That is where Hans Derikx comes in. For over five years, he has been translating our data into insights that clients can use to manage their business.
Hans is a database analyst. He ensures that our agricultural databases remain up-to-date, complete and accessible. He does this accurately and independently. For instance, he compiles call files for our contact centre. He then processes the results back into the database and prepares reports for the customer.
Hans also provides address files for campaigns. So he literally turns data into action. Thanks to him, insights connect seamlessly with what customers need for their marketing or sales goals.
Hans is a numbers wizard. He sees connections that others overlook. But he is more than just analytical. He is also creative and an organiser. Within AgriDirect, he is a real team player. He is also active in club life. In his hometown Roggel, many know him as former prince Hans II. He also organises quizzes – for the village as well as for his colleagues.
