Working method
With permission from agricultural companies, our specialized call center agents approach farmers and horticulturists to update data such as company details, future and investment plans and additional information. We update the data in our database annually during our sectoral update programmes. You can read more about how we collect and update data here.
From our professional call centers in Roermond (NL) and Viersen (DE), farmers from various countries are contacted by phone five days a week. We update the data from our agricultural database annually in our call center during our sectoral update programmes. With permission from agricultural companies, our permanent, experienced call center agents approach farmers and horticulturists to update data such as company data, future and investment plans and additional information.
AgriDirect advises suppliers in all branches of the agricultural sector. This ranges from machinery suppliers, crop protection suppliers and feed suppliers to companies in the financial and insurance sectors.
AgriDirect does not sell email addresses. Within e-mail marketing it has been a legal requirement for many years to have prior permission in (company) name to approach contacts via e-mail. Purchased e-mail addresses may not be used to send bulk e-mails with commercial messages to recipients.
AgriDirect holds opt-in permission from approximately 80,000 e-mail addresses in the Benelux countries and Germany. It is possible to rent the e-mail addresses within your specific agricultural target group in order to reach them carefree.

As a contact center employee, you belong to the heart of our organisation. You gather information from the agricultural market. This includes market research that we carry out for our clients, but also collecting data for our own database. To do this, you call farmers, who often already know us well, and ask them all about it. How many cows do they have? What type of tractor do they drive? What does their future look like? What do they want to invest in? And much more!
