Rabobank serves agricultural businesses in the Netherlands from 14 circles. AgriDirect has been measuring the development of market share among agricultural businesses for us for many years. Of our bank and of other providers, both at national level and per circle. Furthermore, AgriDirect measures the NPS, an indicator for customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. We are very content with the data we get. When you have customers surveyed by an independent agency, you get a more independent picture than doing it yourself.

Another advantage is that AgriDirect is a true specialist in food & agri: the company has built up a large database over the years. They have a better picture of the total agricultural portfolio than, say, the KVK. Their strength is that they think along with us about what we want and how we can best find out from clients. For instance, we would like to get a better picture of the sustainability performance of agricultural businesses and to know to what extent the bank helps them to operate more sustainably. Together, we look at how we can adapt the questionnaire accordingly. There really is partnership, I think.”
